They just really don’t have enough villains these days to sustain much of a storyline.
Consider incels, for example. There have been two guys (Rodger and Minassian) who were officially considered “incel” killers. Rodger killed six, Minassian killed ten. Not a very high death count, when you consider how many incels are out there who advocate going ER. But the media really tries hard to spin a story about how incels are dangerous misogynists. Even Roosh tried to get in on the action, writing a piece about how to get incels to stop killing people, as though many of them are killing people.
When you consider my candidacy, what was really newsworthy about it? I supposedly admitted to being a pedophile. That’s not even a big deal, though; there are a lot of pedophiles out there, and an even greater number of men who aren’t pedophiles but kinda want to mess around with kids.
There was the whole incest thing. That too is not a big deal, though; father-daughter incest is a very common male fantasy.
Then there was the white supremacist thing. Who cares; in 2018, white supremacist beliefs are pretty common. It’s really just a throwback to an earlier time when such opinions were the majority viewpoint.
Then there was the radical patriarchist, wanting-to-make-women-property thing. That’s a fairly typical incel or manosphere or Alt-Right proposal. Roosh is pretty much on the same page with that.
Then there was the whole rapist thing. It’s fairly common for men to get accused of rape during divorce or child custody proceedings.
Being a white supremacist, patriarchist, pro-incest, pro-pedo politician is pretty normal for our era, when you think about it. Radical libertarians have probably been quietly pro-incest and pro-pedo for awhile now, and the more based libertarians have had white supremacist and patriarchist leanings as well. So I don’t see what the big deal is.
